I give high score for the cleanliness onboard, food was delicious in the dining room, especially considering it was a 4 night cruise. The employees in the terminal seemed to still be in a learning curve. It went pretty slow so if you have the RCCL app use it. Also highlight the date, your name, type of test and result ("Negative") on your printed test so they can find it quickly.
